Most of the problems are brought on by the wave of housing disasters: loans that are difficult to get, price slump, foreclosures - like the 3 horsemen of the 2008 recession. However, the war and higher fuel prices are not helping, and believe it or not, we are still seeing the impact of the wave of kiler storms a couple of years ago.
